Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp sea moss gel
  • 150 ml coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 tbsp Grated ginger Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glass over 1 - 3 ice cubes or Crushed Ice
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Best consumed earlier in the day.
  • Avoid adding refined sugars.
    Add Pineapple cuts on top to garnish.
